    A: Simply signup on the Publisher Page to create your free Brandreward Publisher account. Start your own customized monetization journey with us today.

  • Q: How to quick start my account ?

    A: A dedicated account manager will be in touch and activate your account. You will need to connect your content site or individual links to Brandreward so we can track and follow-up that our partner advertisers pay you commission on all successful sales.

  • Q: I haven't received an email from my account manager yet, what do I do ?

    A: Please make sure to check your junk mail first, if you really have not heard from one of our team then feel free to contact us directly through this form.

  • Q:Do I have to wait for brands (advertisers) to discover and pick me or there are still additional requirements ?

    A: Brandreward has an in-house system to connect each publisher with the right mix of advertisers, so both sides have a valuable partnership. Publishers have the choice to individually select advertisers or get advice from an in-house content expert on which advertisers are best to start with.

  • Q: What makes you different from other monetization solutions ?

    A: Brandreward's technology offers a variety of monetization solutions that a dedicated account manager customizes for effective results. There is a low threshold for payout, access to a huge range of over 35,000 global brands in over 25 different industry verticals and an ever increasing range of monetization tools to help create and improve your content.

  • Q: Can I purchase items through my own affiliate links ?

    A: Yes, you can also earn commissions from your own purchases as well.

  • Q: What is the average commission rate I can get ?

    A: The average commission rate fluctuates, but is typically around 5%. Detailed commission information is available in each Publisher Dashboard after logging in.

  • Q: Does Brandreward add banners to our blog/site?

    A: Brandreward technology does not create distracting banner ads/display ads/popups on your blog or site once you are connected to our system. If are you interested in displaying ads as part of your monetization strategy then please contact your account manager for more details.

  • Q: Are you an affiliate network?

    A: We partner with some amazing brands, networks and agencies around the world to make our solution a complete mix for publishers. We are not a performance or affiliate network, but a hybrid and function in a similar way. We encourage all our publishers to either utilize Brandreward as a single solution or as an add-on solution.

  • Q: Do you work with affiliate marketing?

    A: A core part of our business is through affiliate marketing means, but our solutions also cover other options as well. Feel free to contact your account manager for more details.

  • Q: Does it change for my actual advertisement?

    A: Any advertisement or additional banners you currently have on your blog or site will not be affected by adding the technology from Brandreward. If there seems to be an issue then please contact your account manager right away so they can open a resolution ticket and help solve it.

  • Q: Will I lose Google visibility?

    A: Our technology has been optimized so you do not lose any SEO or visibility through Google.

  • Q: Does it bring traffic to my blog?

    A: The monetization solution we offer does not work to bring organic or paid traffic to your blog or site, rather it is used to help you generate a new revenue stream from your current available content.

  • Q: I don't need global brands, do you have local brands?

    A: Our Partnerships Team works to generate partnerships with large-scale global brands as well as local niche brands. Just make sure to let us know upon registration which markets you are focused on and we will do our best to improve your advertiser list. Our Partnerships Team also accepts requests from account managers, so make sure to communicate with us about your needs.

  • Q: Do you have industry-specific brands?

    A: There are over 30 categories represented by our range of advertisers from around the world. If there is a category you believe is missing then reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.

  • Q: Do you have a list of your partnerships as your website does not provide much information?

    A: Partnered advertisers are available to our Brandreward publishers in their Publisher Dashboard. If you are unable to locate this list please let us know.

  • Q: Do you have any social media groups I can join?

    A: Brandreward offers our publishers, partners and advertisers a range of social media to connect with. Feel free to request access to our hidden social media groups as well.

  • Q: Can you send me links to blogs that already work with you?

    A: We adore our publishers and have a list of our favorites, just get in touch and we would be happy to share.

  • Q: Can you let me know who some of your advertising partners are?

    A: No problem, just take a look at ourAdvertisers Page for a quick snapshot of partner brands.

  • Q: Where can I find the advertisers that I'm bringing value to?

    A: Please login to your Publisher Dashboard and view your Transactions. This will provide you with a flexible report on overall performance.

  • Q: How can I find and add new advertisers?

    A: Advertisers that you can work with are in your Advertiser List in your Publisher Dashboard. If you would like to expand your list to other categories then just let your account manager know.

  • Q: Can Brandreward help me earn money on social media accounts?

    A: We offer our publishers various tools and technological solutions to monetize their content, including social media platforms. Your account manager can give you all related guides and even setup a tech call to help walk you through it if it seems confusing.

  • Q: How many other publishers do you work with currently?

    A: We work with over 1,000+ global content providers around the world at the moment and due to our internal policy to provide quality service and support to each and every publisher, we maintain specific selection criteria and an inquisitive registration process.

Advertiser

  • Q: We only ship locally, where are your publishers located?

    A: If you would like to restrict the type of potential traffic you are receiving, then simply let us know through our Advertisers Page contact form. We would be happy to help setup additional notes in our system.

  • Q: What requirements are there for a brand to become an Advertiser?

    A: Relevancy and effectiveness are core to our technology so we like to ensure that our advertisers have clean links, additional promotional content, notifications, a responsive contact and are valuable and aligned with achieving a win-win partnership with our Brandreward publishers.

  • Q: What types of commissionable models are accepted?

    A: There are a variety of options, including CPM, CPA, CPS, CPL and also exclusive campaigns.

  • Q: What type of publishers do you work with?

  • Q: Can you restrict certain types of publishers from earning commissions?

    A: If you would like to restrict the type of potential publishers that are able to receive commissionable sales, then simply let us know through our Advertisers Page contact form. We would be happy to help setup additional notes in our system.

  • Q: Do you offer whitelisting options?

    A: In rare cases we do offer whitelisting options, but it is a more complex process and requires additional discussion and feedback. Please reach out to our Partnerships Team for more information.

  • Q: What are the 8+ criteria that you use to analyze publishers?

    A: We cannot provide the exact criteria we use, but we can tell you that data provides a great base to minimize irrelevant and non-valuable traffic from our publishers.

  • Q: Do you have similar brands in my niche?

    A: From the 30 categories that are available for publishers to choose from, there is a high likelihood that we are partnered with similar brands or possibly even competitors. The only way to gain more traction is to perform well in the first place.

  • Q: Do you partner non-affiliate marketing brands?

    A: In certain circumstances we do partner with non-affiliate brands for exclusive campaigns and other collaborative opportunities. Our team is very open to working with advertisers in a way that benefit both publishers and the advertisers alike.

  • Q: What is the best performing vertical for Brandreward?

    A: This information fluctuates over time and based on seasonality, but we do tend to see a higher performance from fashion/clothing/beauty as well as travel.

  • Q: How do I pay Brandreward?

    A: We accept direct transfer, PayPal and in some cases checks from advertisers. Please confirm with a member of our Partnership Team here.

Account & Payment

  • Q: How do I update my account information?

    A: After you have registered for an account, you will be given the ability to modify or update your account information on your first login. For future changes, you will need to contact your account manager.

  • Q: What payment options do I have?

    A: We are working on our payment options, but currently we are able to pay our publisher via PayPal.

  • Q: I haven't received my payment yet, why?

    A: Payments are sent on the 10th of each month for successfully confirmed sales that have not been paid up to the month prior. If you have not received the payment in your PayPal account then please contact our Finance team here.

  • Q: Where can I see my detailed transactions?

    A: Each publisher is provided a variety of Transaction Reports that can be accessed in the Publisher Dashboard. If you have trouble understanding the reports or finding the pages then please ask your account manager for a "P-Dash Guide".

  • Q: What is the difference between "pending" and "confirmed" statuses for transactions?

    A: A "confirmed" status means that the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the advertiser and payment will be sent by the end of the month. A "pending" status means that the transaction has not been fully confirmed by the advertiser so that specific transaction will not be paid out until the next month. Please note that these statuses are updated regularly so do not be alarmed if the data in your reports show different numbers after a few hours.

  • Q: How do I change payment details and information?

    A: After you have registered for an account, you will be given the ability to modify or update your account information on your first login. For future changes, you will need to contact your account manager.

  • Q: Something is wrong with my account balance, I'm missing sales.

    A: If you are certain the information is incorrect, please make sure to screenshot the report and send it to your account manager with the subject line "TRANSACTION REPORTING ERROR".

  • Q: When do publishers get paid for their earned commissions?

    A: Payments are sent on the 10th of each month for successfully confirmed sales that have not been paid up to the month prior.

  • Q: Why are some of my transactions in "pending" status still?

    A: A "pending" status means that the transaction has not been fully confirmed by the advertiser so that specific transaction will not be paid out until the next month.   • Q: Would I be able to stop doing this at any time or is it kind of contractual?

    A: Publishers can choose to de-activate, cancel or close their account at any time. Simply notify the responsible account manager.

  • Q: Where can I see my payment status and history?

    A: All payment status and history can be found under your "Account Tab" in your Publisher Dashboard.

  • Q: Are there any fees?

    A: Publishers are responsible for all applicable taxes, electronic wire transfer fees/costs, electronic funds transfer fees/costs (e.g., PayPal). Paypal deducts $1 USD for US accounts and 2% (maximum of $20 USD) for all other international accounts. Wire Transfer within the US will incur a $5 US fee and a $25 US fee for international transfers.

Technical Questions

  • Q:Is the website in maintenance mode? I can't access the website/dashboard.

    A: There are instances that website may be down due to reasons outside of our control, but this is very very rare. In this situation, please keep in mind that the system will still be working as normal. If you require more information then please contact your account manager.

  • Q:Did I setup my tracking correctly?

    A: Tracking setup can be confirmed by your account manager, so once you have gone through the instructions then contact your account manager to get confirmation.

  • Q:Do you have any APIs that I can use?

    A: Brandreward's Tech Team has created a range of APIs to make it easier for our publishers to work with our system. We also accept feedback for additional API development if our current options are not able to solve the issue.

  • Q:The link is going to a missing or invalid page

    A: We are sorry to hear this and we suggest you contact your account manager right away. Make sure to include a screenshot of the URL and page.

  • Q:Why is it taking a long time to open up the advertiser's page?
